In a bar chart is there a way to show the value. For example if you
had a chart that showed number of user logged in during the day at one
hour intervals. in the 9am bar can you show the value say 39 and that
would apply to all the bar showing the value. Currently the scaling is
shows 20 and then 80 on the y-axis and the user don't know the actual
number if it were 51.
