Single line layered on Vertical Bar Chart

Hi,

    Sorry for the newbie question but how would I go about adding a single straight line going across my vertical line chart? I want to have a line that indicates a threshold, for example at y-axis 80%. Can this be done using pycha or perhaps using pycairo?

I don't think that PyCha currently supports such functionality. You
can certainly do it using cairo.
