Moving the pycassa repository

Hey guys,

I'm just letting you know that we're moving the primary pycassa
repository to a more neutral area:

http://github.com/pycassa/pycassa

Since I haven't been able to keep up with the latest happenings in the
Cassandra world, I'm going to take more of an observer role from now
on :) Tyler has agreed to start managing the project from here on.

I e-mailed github to see if we can get the watchers and parent/fork
relationships changed and I also updated the Cassandra clients page.
