Cassandra 1.0 support

Are there plans to make changes to PyCassa to take advantage of
various Cassandra 1.0 features? I assume that nothing much has changed
in terms of major features, but some of the commands have new options
I believe.

Yes.  I've been a bit behind, but I just started a 1.0-compat branch.  You can follow the progress there (and help testing, if you'd like), but I'm hoping to get a release out within the next few days.

You're correct, though, there aren't any major changes that need to be handled.  The last release works perfectly with everything except a few of the KS and CF attributes when modifying schemas.
