problem installing pycalphad via anaconda with python version 3.8

Hi all,

Although I followed instructions I am getting a version conflict trying to install pycalphad via anaconda. Screen shot shows anaconda cmd prompt results. anaconda installation of pycalphad.PNG

We just released pycalphad 0.8.4, and the Windows versions went live today. Please give this another try and let us know how it goes.
