A Question about dns-sd -L

I run dns-sd on my mac to resolve a service.
dns-sd -L "SERVICE NAME" type domain

I have two questions.

1) Why doesn't this program return once it has printed out its
results? Is it like Browsing where the results may change or more may
come?

2) I have the same service on different interfaces, so I get a line of
text for each,
but there is nothing in the text to tell me what line belongs to which
interface. Was I to use the timestamp and link it back to the Browse
record?
