cfradial slice along specific lat lon transect

Hello, 

Is there a method I can get a slice plot of interpolated data form a CfRadial, defining my initial and ending points of the transect? 
Instead of getting a slice along a fixed coordinate or azimuth, I would like to get a transect in diagonal, specifying my starting and ending lat and lon points.
Like this example but getting a diagonal cut:

Hello!

Currently Py-ART does not have that capability built in, however with Py-ART soon gaining Xarray capability, this should be possibly with the methods built in. We can see if someone has accomplished this outside of the current build in methods. Side note, we are moving all discussions from google groups to GitHub discussions found here:
