Moving to the Open Radar Discourse

Dear Py-ART users,

You might already have noticed that the openradar community is joining
efforts in combining and merging the different documentation and resources.

Currently Py-ART has this very mailing list. We also have our discussions page, but we encouraging people to migrate to a broader discussion forum.

Discourse (https://www.discourse.org/) seemed like a natural choice as
many open source communities (eg. Pangeo https://discourse.pangeo.io/)
use it as a central point for discussion and help.

This mailing list has served well over the years but I encourage you to
assign with the openradar discourse and ask your questions there. That
way the openradar community can profit from questions and answers of
different users and developers around the globe in a central space. And
it has really amazing features: https://www.discourse.org/features. Did
I mention it is open source?
