Poisson in periodic domain

Hello,

I am new to pyamg. I would like to solve a Poisson problem in a periodic domain. I tried constructing the A matrix myself, but the solver is not converging well. I was wondering if anyone has any advice about what to do. This must be a fairly common situation.
