6S 1.1 unable to handle set_target_pressure

Hi Robin,

I hope you're doing well! 

I just found a potential bug of 6S Version 1.1 that Py6S uses — setting the target pressure does not modify the computation... I used the 6S input generated by Py6S and ran it in 6S Version 2.1 and it went through (therefore it's a 6S problem, not Py6S). Do you have any insight on this? And do you know if 6SV2.1 can potentially be incorporated in Py6S soon?
