Writing auth plugins

Hello

I had problems to install ldap-python module on a Synology NAS and, therefore I decided to rewrite the ldap_plugin to use the ldap3 module, which is completely implemented in python,  instead. At the moment I just replaced the ldap plugin. Is there more clever solution to add self-written plugins?
