how to remove the grid search field and buttons

Tried to set 

search_form=None,

search_queries=None,

Still the grid display a search and clear buttons at the top

Also the line that shows Displaying rows 1 thru 1 of 1 at the bottom of the grid including the pages and current page number, I will argue that it makes more sense to put it on the top of the grid
