Web site testing on multiple browsers ... service provider?

I'm trying to remember how to get to one of the service providers that had multiple VMs running different browser to support developer testing of web sites.

I'm thinking it was run by one of the web2py contributors, but I'm afraid I don't have the information in any more convenient form than grey cell fuzziness.  A quick look at the web2py group hasn't helped yet.

Any body here remember the service?  Do you know of other such services?
