On the py4web trademark

In 2022 I registered the PY4WEB trademark witch we have been using since 2018.

I have been receiving emails like this:

If you do not comply, we have the legal right to send you a cease and desist letter. Also, the penalty amount would be $15,000. You still want to raise an objection kindly reply back so we can stop the other applicant and proceed for you.
