The latest version upgrades rocket3 to version 20240929.1

On my development machine running locally is fine.

Can't get my final test on pythonanywhere to run (haven't figured this out yet and backtracking to previous py4web & rocket3 versions doesn't help ... have requested pythonanywhere folks to take a look).

I notice that _dashboard/system (either place) shows rocket3 at 20230507.1. Very strange. Cosmetic bug in rocket3?

fixed pythonanywhere problem, just curious why system shows old rocket3 version.
