no.css modal and jQuery.alert

hey one and all,

just an fyi.  the modal section under no.css affects the jQuery.alert under the jquery-confirm.js library to the point that the popup dialog shows but is completely blank and with no title or buttons either.  I brute force commented out that entire modal section and the alert is then revealed and shows proper again.
