Implementation of linear neural net

I want to implement a linear neural network, like the one produced by MATLAB's newlin() function. It should be similar to the newp function, but with a linear transfer function. ( http://www.mathworks.com/help/nnet/ug/linear-neural-networks.html )

Is there an easy way to do this with Neurolab?
