artificial neural networks

Dear members 

     I have three queries regarding artificial neural networks.

        1. can we implement different activation function on different hidden layers in ANN(ANN with more than 3 layers).

        2. can we able to see histograms and other graphs related to networks in neuralab.

        3. can we plot decision surface that is hyperplanes for classification with multidimensional attributes in neurolab.

3 I dont sure, but if yhis problem can be slove with nueral nets, then yes
