Thanks to some great grunt-work by Jussi Lepistö (Knarkles), lepton,
at long last, builds with Visual C++ on Windows! I released 0.8.1 with
his changes to make that possible, along with a Windows binary
installer.

This release contains no other functional changes or bugfixes, so it
isn't a necessary upgrade unless you want to use lepton on windows. In
any case this minor version bump represents a huge step forward IMO.
Jussi has also volunteered to do the maintenance, testing and binaries
for Windows going forward. Thank you!
