Bruker Instrument Tools crashing

I am trying to use the Report Generator on the Bruker Instrument Tools app (version 1.9.0.146). Every time I connect to our Tracer 5g and then click on Tools > Report Generator, the application simply closes. I have my settings set to allow all of the Bruker apps to communicate through the firewall, so that doesn't seem to be the issue.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I have had the same thing when using the Tracer 5i/5g as well and no solution either, unfortunately.

Thanks for your reply, Chris.

I have had to send the laptop to our IT department to get the software removed and re-installed. If the problem is solved somehow, I'll post again with an answer.
