Hello everybody,

I am trying to find some information about the thickness of the end windows (non vacuum or gridded vacuum) that Bruker supplies for its Tracer 5i but found nothing so long.

Does anyone have an idea?

I attach a picture of the products.

The TRACER 5 window is SPEX Sample Prep 3525 Ultralene. Nominal thickness is 4 um.

Same Material on both windows. The vacuum grid is 0.010” PEEK that has been qualified by Bruker for acceptable contamination.

I was the TRACER 5 Product Manager up until January 1, 2021
