One thing most of the CMS are open source (We can download and check
their codes to know how!!)

Most of the CMS core are powered with article/post management concept.
For a newbie i think that article/post management concept is good &
well tested but all are using this concept why not we try some other
efficient concept....

Most of them have DEMO facility on their website. SO if u r
intereested you can login to their DEMO admin panel by using their
given id & pass.
It is better idea to know about a CMS that "what they are providing at
their admin panel?"
