Music isn't playing

I am a novice to music players... but my husband made some background
music but it won't play on the mp3 player. I think that I am putting
th efile in the wrong place. I just pasted into downloaded file and
then rezipped and tried to upload. Upload unsuccessful.

So how to I load music onto player? I saw all the parameters...
