Welcome to PWN. This is a private group for anyone over the age of 13 (or under with a parent's permission) to talk about narcolepsy and IH. We are glad to have you. We know that awareness matters and support is paramount to living a quality life with any chronic illness, so please join, share, and lend your own expertise and experiences.

Basics:

Keep it PG. We have members of all ages.

Cite your source. Any time you are giving factual information, tell us where you got it or state that you do not know.

Do not generalize. Feel free to share your story, but do not assume everyone will have the same experience with medication, doctors, testing, etc.

Respect other members. No name calling, attacks, or harassment. Use "I" statements and state your opinion. Remember it is ONLY an opinion.

No topic is entirely off limits other than explicit sexual conversation. You may discuss the technical aspects of sex in the context of relationships and narcolepsy's effect on sex and relations only. Think scientific.

Watch your language. If it is four letters, think carefully before using it.

Paragraphs and punctuation! Do not use CAPS LOCK. It is yelling, and will not be tolerated.
