Can't access challenges

Hi,
I am not able to run any challenge servers hosted on the website. I changed my system hence my ssh keys had to be updated. But I still get an 'Invalid Path' alert when I try to run the challenge. The terminal tab on the website also opens up nothing- just a grey container. I tried downloading the challenges but I get a 404 error when I try that.
