Forgotten User Name

i am trying to set up  Forgotten User Name  on pwm 2.0.8

i am only wanting to lookup last name to bring up a list of accounts that match

ldap filter is blank or (&(objectClass=person)(sn=%sn%))

result is:

Please type in the following information. This information will be used to lookup your forgotten user name.

Unable to find user name. Please try again.5016 ERROR_CANT_MATCH_USER

if i search using people search i get results, any assistance would be appreicated

Did you check the logs?  Also I'd recommend against such a simple search if this is going to be a publicly accessible service, it will essentially allow full username enumeration of your directory.
