prevent user from changing their password other than using pwm

hi all,

1. we are thinking on implementing pwm .

2. we have 90 days domain password policies.

3. user will be able to change their password when the password expired at windows logon screen.

4. how can we prevent user change their password other than use pwm?.

That is more of a windows/ad question. You will probably have to set permissions somewhere in the domain policy. Please ask in a Windows/AD related forum.
