when i am installing i keep getting this error,what is the reason
Directory unavailable. If this error occurs repeatedly please contact your help desk. { 5017 ERROR_DIRECTORY_UNAVAILABLE (unexpected error during ldap search (profile=default), error: 5017 ERROR_DIRECTORY_UNAVAILABLE (unable to reach any configured server, maximum retries exceeded)) }

It means it can't reach the LDAP server. Check the logs for more details.
