I added a new Active Directory to the PWM application, but when a user clicks "Forgot Password," the notification is only sent to their internal email address (e.g., @company.com) and not to their personal address (e.g., Gmail). How can I determine where the message is being blocked? I need both LDAP directories to work correctly with the "Forgot Password" notification.

Luis –
In the email templates (Settings -> Email -> Email Templates -> Forgotten Password Verification Email ) you can specify the attribute(s) for the notification. E.g. To: @LDAP:attrib2@,@LDAP:attrib2@
