PWM to MySQL Settings

To any future users looking to get PWM integrated into MySQL - here are settings that work for me:

pwm is the name of my DB in MySQL. Follow the directions for MySQL here:

Keep in mind that these directions will only allow connections to the DB from localhost so if you are going to be connecting PMW from a different system you will have to change the CREATE USER command to use the IP address of PWM.('pwm'@'ip address').
