QR code scanner throws "Cannot interpret QR code" error

Hello,
I am trying to setup mobile application authentication using OTP. while setting up OTP in pwm, it throws "Cannot interpret QR code" while scanning the QR code provided in pwm OTP setup.

Is there any way i can follow to resolve this issue?

Which PWM version? Which OTP app? Is that error seen in PWM or in the OTP app? Have you tried a different OTP app?

The version of pwm is 2.0.6 and we are using "Google Authenticator". It still throws "Cannot interpret QR code" exception.

What is throwing the excepton, the app or PWM? Do you see an error in the logs? I'm use Google Authenticator app on android and haven't seen this issue. Also try with different web browsers and with extensions disabled. I have seen some browser extensions cause problems with QR screen codes in general.
