hi, in my logfiles i have a lot of entries like this:

maybe anyone have a solution for this errors?

It means the password generator was unable to generate  a random password value that is compliant with your password policy.  Do you have anything interesting or unusual configured in your password policy?  Are you using an outdated version of PWM?
