Hello ! 

Currently, I’m using the email template below, which includes the parameter @User.DaysUntilPwExpire@ to display the number of days before the password expires.

I’d like to know if a similar parameter exists that would return the exact expiration date instead.

Yes, you can use @User:PwExpireTime@ or @User:PwExpireTime:pattern@.   In the configuration editor, look for the magic wand icon to see documentation of all macros that can be used.
