Hi,

I've setup a new installation, and I'm trying to filter the user search for the Helpdesk Module by OU using the setting LDAP Search Base in each profile.

When I select the OU for both profiles in the setting, I'm not able to search for users in the Helpdesk module and it gives the following error.

Directory unavailable. If this error occurs repeatedly please contact your help desk.
