Can I use the same user profile to assist with password changes in the help desk module for users registered in both of my active directories configured in the PWM application? By default, it only shows the users with which technical support authenticates. That is, if they authenticate with AD 1, only those users appear. How do I get the technician to authenticate with the credentials of AD 1, and for the user accounts of AD 1 and AD2 to appear in the help desk module?
