The username is not valid or is not eligible to use this feature

I have recently stood up a PWM instances.  While testing LDAP connectivity, it appeared to be fine.  After I locked the configuration, I find that none of the usernames are searchable against my active directory.  When I click the "forgotten password" link and type in any username, I receive the following error:

"The username is not valid or is not eligible to use this feature".

Can someone show me how to resolve this error?

I am having the EXACT same issue. Have you heard back from anyone on this issue? I am using the PWM-LATEST build from GitHub.

That doesn't show a login attempt.  And you haven't even changed the log level.
