PWM version 2.08 - Error recaptcha and bug logging

Greetings,

We are encountering an issue with the reCAPTCHA functionality in the PWM Password Manager system. Upon user authentication, the login process hangs on a continuous loading state. However, if the user refreshes the page (e.g., by pressing F5), they are immediately logged in without being prompted again for credentials.

This behavior suggests a potential bug in the session handling or CAPTCHA validation flow.

Please advise on any available fixes or recommended troubleshooting steps.

Try with no browser extensions in a private (incognito) browser session.  If you still have the issue, try using F12 browser debugger console tab to see if any obvious errors are reported there.  You can also check the PWM server logs for errors.
