In the latest version of PWM, OTP authentication is required for user login, which was not found during testing. Will it be in the next version?

PWM doesn't have a path to require OTP during login, it is only used during forgotten password. Perhaps you mean OTP enrollment? In which case check the settings for Setup OTP, particularly: Modules ⇨ Authenticated ⇨ Setup OTP ⇨ OTP Profile ⇨ [profile] ⇨ Force Setup of One Time Passwords.
