Email Configuration Error

Hi Guys,

Environment: WS 2016 + mysql 8.0.22 + PWM 2.0.0

After several weeks I'm about to finish the whole config of this wonderful platform. Now i'm only stuck on email configuration. I have used onpremise and Office365 accounts with no sucess. Everytime I test the config it says:

Error 5015
An error has occurred. If this error occurs repeatedly please contact your help desk.

5015 ERROR_INTERNAL (unexpected error during action handler for 'password.pwm.http.servlet.configeditor.ConfigEditorServlet:emailHealthCheck', error: null)

On verbose logs it shows:

I created a different profile with same results. Using the O365 account I'm able to import the certificate but finally it doesn work. I even tested with a Gmail account, same error.

Any ideas?

Can you try with the latest build? If you look in the logs (and set log level to TRACE) do you see a stack trace or any other errors?

Dear Jason, logs are in TRACE and what I shared is all we see there.

I'm absolutely a newbee on this, when you say " try with the latest build", it means download and install the latest files on Github? It is just replacing the current file in the installation directory with those new ones? or

do I need to do something different?

Jason, you're the one! I installed the latest build and using O365 config the test passed succesfully.
