general development plans?

I have been using PWM for quite a while (10+ years?) and am wondering if there's a general development roadmap? I'm not concerned with specifics on it but more interested in where it's heading, regardless of whether that happens in 2 months or 2 years. I can't contribute myself as I'm not a Java developer, but really appreciate what others have done.

At this time, development is done on an ad-hoc basis by me.  There are a few pending pull requests that need evaluation, and I have some general modernization plans but I'm not sure when I will have a chunk of time to work on it.
