Cannot generate token

I want to install pwa+php pro on festivalcement.nl/wp , a wordpress
site.
But when i go to settings and proceed with step one, i get an error
message.
something like this (translated from Dutch):

The requested page cannot be shown. Another site has requested
entrance to your google account but this reques was not readable.
Contact the site that you tried to open when tou recieved the notice,
so you can inform them of this error. Detailed error report as
follows:

The site 'http:ww/www.festivalcement.nl' is not registered.

Have you figured this one out? Looks like a problem with the URL.

I just hit the same issue when installing on a domain with Google Apps enabled and managed to find a fix. Not sure if it's the correct way to do things but it seems to have let PWA+PHP work and I don't see any other issues.

• Go to https://accounts.google.com/ManageDomains and type the domain as it appears in the 'The site X is not registered' message. Click 'Add Domain'.
  
• On the next screen set 'Target URL path prefix' to http://www.your-domain.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=pwaplusphp&loc=return (replace the http://www.your-domain.com  text with your domain). Click the Save button.
• Try Step 1 of the PWA+PHP again.
