At our request, Jim Morrison (Murrysville's Chief Administrator) raised the issue with Schoeffler Energy and eventually got the response below:

Mr. Morrison,
I received your letter dated July 26, 2013, and per my conversation with EQT today, they have decided to treat the property owned by the Municipality of Murrysville that was within their Vegetation Maintenance Program for this year as a “No Spray”. All maps will be updated accordingly. Please do not hesitate calling with any questions or if you need any further information.
