Greetings wandering Circlers,

Apparently we're all having busy summers! Don't forget to stop and sing once in a while. ;D We haven't had much luck circling up at Sellwood Riverfront Park.  Shall we find other times/places?

Here's my first suggestion: I am inviting members of PVSong Circle, as well as the Portland Peace Choir and the Portland Waldorf School Community Choir, to gather for the opening night of the Washington Park Summer Festival.  The Portland Gay Mens' Chorus will be kicking off the 10 day festival and it should be a great show.

I'll arrive early (around 1pm) to lay down some blankets.  Let me know if you'd like to join us and will be arriving after 3pm - I'll hold some space for you. We'll sing around 4:00 until the concert begins at 6.  Bring food/drink to share if you're so inclined.

If you have ideas for other times/places to meet let me know or send something to the group.

Salma and I shall head to the Sellwood Riverfront Park on Monday, if anyone is going. We'll plan on being there for the Portland Gay Men's Chorus as well--sounds fun!
