I would like to share a few comments  on the importance of engineering to us:

 

1.       As an engineer, I participate to build the future.

2.       I love it when I am expanding my brain and talents during my work.

3.       I love it when my day is challenging.

4.       Being engineer, it’s being passionate.

5.       It is fun to tackle with harsh technical problems.

6.       As an engineer, I am happy to understand physical phenomenon behind every day technology.

7.       Main quality of an engineer is to have an inquiring mind.

8.       As an engineer, I am happy to be able to convert needs into practical solutions.

9.       My toughest challenge and reward is when I contribute to make life easier by innovation.

10.   My first memory of wanting to be an engineer was when I saw spaceship landing on the moon.

11.   Being an engineer means developing sustainable innovative solutions for customers.

12.   As an engineer, I make a difference because I’m highly motivated by my working environment.

13.   As an engineer, I make a difference because I can develop products and solutions

14.   As an engineer, I make a difference being efficient and innovative

15.   It is fun to work with an inspiring team

16.   It is fun to work successfully completing a project

17.   I love it when things work

18.   I love it when an idea becomes reality

19.   My toughest challenge and reward was when a challenging prototype passed tests

20.   My toughest challenge and reward was when a customer at site is happy

21.   My first memory of wanting to be an engineer was when learning in school in physics about the power of voltage and current

22.   Technology innovation is key to success

23.   Technology innovation is the most important thing in a fast changing world

i am sharing an article which may be useful for your problems to resolve in the future by following the steps:

Solving Problems in 10 Steps Many leaders find the solutions to daunting problems by following this 10-step plan

of attack:

1. Precisely define the problem.

2. Consider it from additional angles. As Jack Welch said, “Continually expand your

definition of the problem, and you expand your view of all the different ways that it

can be solved.” Ask, “What else is the problem?”

3. Re-examine the problem, looking at it over and over. Seek new ways to consider it.

Continue to ask, “What else is the problem?”

4. Identify the problem’s primary causes.

5. Consider any and all solutions that will eliminate the problem. Do not settle for just

one answer. Develop numerous solutions to the same problem.

6. By now, you have thoroughly examined the problem, its causes and some potential

solutions. Given this hard work, you are ready to decide which tactic will work best,

and to go for it.

7. Assemble your team and dole out assignments to fix the problem according to your

chosen solution.

8. Establish a deadline and create a schedule that meets it.

9. Put your planned solution into action, but have a secondary plan ready in case your

primary plan does not work.

10. Circle back to the problem later to ensure that you have eliminated it. If not, put Plan

B into action. Have a Plan B.
