Job Description :

• Synthesis and characterisation of target molecules.
• Retro-synthetic analysis and design of synthetic strategies for synthetic compounds (target molecules) pertaining to various therapeutic areas.
• The synthesis, purification and characterisation of synthesised molecules using 1HNMR, 13CNMR, Mass, IR, etc.
• Writing and maintenance of journals, lab management etc.
• Presentation of work in departmental meetings

Desired Profile :

1 to 4 years of hands on experience in  synthetic organic chemistry, heterocyclic chemistry, design of synthetic routes, interpretation of 1H NMR, 13C NMR, correlation spectroscopy, mass spectroscopy, chromatography (thin layer & column chromatography).
