Hi
I have an excel file with Ambient temperature and Irradiance(W/㎡), which is obtained for a site. Is there a way to estimate PV generation using PVlib?
If so, can someone help me?

Yes, it is possible but if you only have GHI irradiance you have to use a decomposition model to estimate DIF and DNI irradiance parameters (that will also add some uncertainty in the PV power)
You also need wind speed (if not measured you can use 0, but in reality it might not be 0 , so that will also add uncertainties to PV power modelled)
