Where can I get the historical forecasted data? Can someone please suggest some paid website also?

I would need it for 1 year.

Solcast is helpful in providing historical weather data for a year plus some forecast as well. Not sure if the forecast is for a year, but the historical weather data is for a year and probably even longer.

NOAA archives many of their forecast models, as well as some reforecasts, on AWS and other cloud storage services. You can read about it here: https://www.noaa.gov/information-technology/open-data-dissemination. And check out this open source, python-based tool for accessing the data: https://github.com/blaylockbk/Herbie. It can also pull data from a University of Utah archive. 

For commercial datasets, see SolarAnywhere Hindcasts: https://www.solaranywhere.com/support/forecast-data/hindcasts/. Solargis also has some historical forecast options: https://solargis.com/pricing/products-and-plans/forecast. 

You could also check out: 

• https://github.com/PERFORM-Forecasts/documentation (limited ISO/RTO regions in the US, 2018/2019, includes probabilistic forecasts)
• https://www.nrel.gov/grid/solar-power-data.html (fixed US sites for 2006)
• https://forecast.solar/ (maybe you could contact them and see if they keep forecast archives?)
  
• Other solar forecast vendors (the two I mentioned above have references to historical forecasts on their websites - I'm sure I've missed others, and I know many forecasters can provide custom historical products)
