Soda-Pro is not reachable

Hey,

I´m new to pvlib and today i tried to import weather data from CAMS.  On this topic I have 2 questions:

1. Is it possible to switch the time zone to UTC or is only UT possible?
2. I cant login into soda-pro as the website is not loading at all. I therefore tried to just login with my account from the official website:  https://ads.atmosphere.copernicus.eu/how-to-api
but got the following excpected error: 
"Dear User, to access CAMS Radiation service, you need to register yourself at www.soda-pro.com and specify your email in username parameter. CAMS Radiation service is provided by VAISALA with DLR and Mines ParisTech, with funding from the European Union s Copernicus Programme CAMS project."

Does  www.soda-pro.com works for you?

1. Specifying time_ref='UT' will give you UTC

2. The get_cams function retrieves the data from So-Da, so your ADS credentials won't work.

The website https://www.soda-pro.com/ works fine for me.
