Fixed and single-axis tracking POA PVSyst transposition model

Hi PVLIB community,

I was wondering if you are aware of the transposition model used by PVSyst to estimate the POA irradiance for fixed and single-axis tracking PV systems using only GHI, or GHI and DHI. Also, is there a Python implementation available to perform this calculation?

PVsyst offers two transposition models, Hay-Davies and Perez, both of which are available in pvlib.irradiance:  Physical models used > Irradiation models > Transposition model

The default transposition model appears to depend on the PVsyst version.
