Job Description

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics Lead delivery of data analytics and business insights for enterprise clients. Analyze user and business data across web and mobile platforms to drive optimization.
• Create executive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI. Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable data stories for leadership.
• Define and track KPIs aligned to business, product, and engineering goals. Provide data-driven recommendations for A/B testing, marketing, SEO, and digital strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align analytics priorities. Manage analytics workstreams using Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and Azure DevOps.
• Apply SQL and advanced Excel for data validation and analysis. Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement in analytics practices.
